BITS workshop: Comparative Genomics in Eukaryotes

You are kindly invited to this workshop! During a whole-day hands-on
session, you will learn to perform the basic steps of gene family analysis
to construct a gene family phylogenetic tree, detect species-specific
duplicates, study orthologs and identify synteny. They will also look into
comparative sequence analysis to study promoter sequences and
