This 2-day conference provides an overview of the current options of next-generation sequencing platforms, technologies, applications and the newest computational tools for the analysis of next-generation sequencing data. The congress is held in conjunction with qPCR Congress, and is organised by Oxford Global Conferences.

Next-generation sequencing technologies are revolutionizing biology by allowing for genome-wide transcription factor binding-site profiling, transcriptome sequencing, and more recently, whole-genome resequencing.
