Structural Bioinformatics meets Structural Biology

The Netherlands Society for Structural Bioinformatics organises the third meeting for researchers in structural bioinformatics on Tuesday 27 September 2011 (10:00-18:30). 

The invited speakers are:

  • Torsten Schwede about "Progress and challenges in homology modeling"
  • Alexandre Bonvin about "Modeling macromolecular interactions"
  • Tom Burnley about "Molecular dynamics in crystallographic refinement"
  • Ewald Edink about "Design and structures of AchBP inhibitors"

The meeting is hosted by the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam:
NKI, Room Z4, 1st floor, Plesmanlaan 121,1066CX Amsterdam.

Registration for poster session

A poster session will run for the whole day. Please register your poster before September 12th by sending an abstract to a.perrakis@removethis.nki.nl indicating if you want your poster to be considered for a short oral presentation.
