Workshop Basic data analysis on gene expression arrays (BAGE)

Upcoming 26-27 October the Research School Molecular Medicine organizes again the Workshop on Basic data analysis on gene expression arrays at the Erasmus MC.

This 2-Day Workshop will cover the basic understanding of the workflow, required for the analysis of gene expression arrays (Illumina and Affymetrix). The second day will be mainly about advanced Ingenuity Pathway Analysis.

It is primarily organized for PhD students and postdocs of the Erasmus Postgraduate School Molecular Medicine, Nihes and MGC. But other participants are also welcome but need to pay a fee.
