BioCafe in Utrecht: "Bioinformatics: when ethics counts"

On Tuesday the 28th of June the PhD-students network RSG Netherlands is organizing another BioCafe with a new and exciting area of research in bioinformatics: "Bioinformatics: when ethics counts" .The BioCafé is planned in the same week and city as the NBIC PhD school course Comparative Genomics.
Programme
The speaker of the BioCafe will be Dr. Jeantine E. Lunshof, a philosopher and bioethicist in the field of human genetics and genomics, and systems biology. She has been an ethics consultant of genetics department of Harvard medical school since 2006.

The presentation will be given in a café in Utrecht (t.b.a.), where there will be ample opportunity to have informal talks with Dr. Jeantine, her experiences working in Harvard medical school. And last, but not least this BioCafe will provide you the platform to connect with your fellow young researchers within the field of Bioinformatics.
