Mrs. Femke Francissen is office manager of NBIC. Together with Jacintha Valk-van Beemen and Els Natzijl-Visser, she is responsible for assistance to the NBIC board of directors and the NBIC network of programme participants. Femke also takes care of the internal and external communication, including the organisation of the yearly NBIC conference.
