Description

The department of bioinformatics of the Erasmus MC in collaboration with CLC Bio will give this 1-day training in the use of CLC applications for the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Data and subsequent integration with “omics” results, clinical parameters and pathway analysis. The course will include presentations and practical’s on 'how to analyse whole genome and exome sequencing data for Illumina, 454 or Complete Genomics data'.
Futhermore, suggestions on how to maximize the specificity of variant detection for re-sequencing project will be given.
And the use of RNAseq integrated with Ingenuity Pathway Analysis will be demonstrated.
