Description

This one-day tutorial will give PhD students and postdocs a basic understanding on how to model biochemical networks and how to fit such mathematical models to experimental data. The morning session will be devoted to lectures on basic aspects of mathematical modelling. In the afternoon participants will get hands-on training, based on the software package COPASI.

Please bring your laptop with COPASI (www.copasi.org) installed on it.
