Three days hands-on computer course on the Partek software, given by Matthias Prucha of Partek. Participants have the possibilities of bringing their own data.
The following topics will be covered: Partek 101, introduction to gene expression, statistics and biological analysis at the beginner level; Advanced gene expression analysis (microarray), miRNA and biological analysis; RNA-Seq.; Choice of ChIP-Seq or Methylation depending on local interest; Copy Number (microarrays), LOH and Allele-Specific Copy Number; Open troubleshooting session & QA where attendees can work with their own data
