Description

The topic of this course is how to convert the large amount of genomics data, including genome sequences, gene expression data and protein interaction data into biological knowledge. Gene prediction, regulatory motif prediction, sequence comparison and prediction of protein function and pathways are performed on multiple levels, ranging from comparing two proteins and prediction of their function to comparing multiple genomes and predicting complete pathways.
