Description

In this course participants will learn how to apply the protein superfamily analysis tool 3DM, the state of the art protein structure visualisation tool Yasara, and the literature analysis tool Utopia, to protein engineering and drug design. Besides presentations from well established scientists the participants will solve real life problems from these scientific fields using the tools themselves.
