Description

One-and-a-half-day hands-on workshop on the Ensembl Gene Browser, given by Emily Pritchard of the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI).

The workshop consists of a series of modules. Most modules are divided into a presentation followed by the opportunity for all participants to do the exercises. Participants are also encouraged to bring problems and questions from their research to try to tackle these during the workshop using Ensembl.
