BioWise-LS: Co-organizing courses

To organize bioinformatics courses for life science researchers NBIC is teaming up with other parties. Three examples of recent courses are:

2012

• Genomic resequencing: variant detection and interpretation in a diagnostic context, 4-5 April 2012, Nijmegen. This course will be organized together with LUMC, CGD, UMC Radboud and the BioAssist NGS Taskforce.

2011

• Advanced RNAseq course, 25-26 August 2011, Amsterdam. The course material of this course can be found here. Organized together with LUMC and the BioAssist NGS Taskforce.
• Next Generation Sequencing Data Analysis - basic course (5th edition) 5-7 September 2011, Leiden. Organized together with LUMC and the BioAssist NGS Taskforce.
