Description

The course is work-flow based and set-up such that attendees get hands-on experience in the use of MATLAB, utilizing data sets from mass spectrometry, dose response data sets.
Attendees will learn how to bring data into MATLAB; perform common data analysis techniques; explore the possibilities of visualization and learn how to automate their analysis. About half of the time is spend on several (statistical) data analysis techniques like curve fitting, regression analysis, multivariate statistics and inferential statistics
