Enrolment
Researchers who want to participate in a NBIC PhD School course can apply by filling out the registration form on the respective course page. The application procedure includes an evaluation of your educational background and motivation for attending the course.
PhD students who want to integrate the NBIC PhD School courses in their personal PhD programme should contact their own research institute for approval. To avoid students having to apply for approval for each individual course, NBIC is in the process of contacting relevant research and graduate schools on the possibilities for integrating the NBIC PhD School courses in their education programme.
Course fees
NBIC PhD School courses are free for:
- PhD students working on a NBIC BioRange project

For participants that do not comply with these criteria, the fee (excl. VAT) per course is:
- €250 for PhD students
- €500 for researchers working at universities or non-profit research institutes
- €1000 for researchers working in for-profit organisations (industry); researchers working for a NBIC Industry Partner receive a 25% discount and pay €750.
