Proteomics Task Force

The Proteomics task force is working on a platform for common work flows in the treatment of data in the field of proteomics. This is done in collaboration with the Netherlands Proteomics Centre (NPC).

The principle investigator of the proteomics task force is Bas van Breukelen, the project leader assigned from the engineering team is Freek de Bruijn.

What can the Task Force do for you?

The task force is an assembly of experts on the bioinformatics of proteomics. The developers are meeting once per month. If you are interested, you can join these meetings. You can also contact Freek de Bruijn with any questions.
