NL BioImaging AM Side Meeting

We invite you for the Bioimaging side meeting, which will be hosted by the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre (NBIC) in Lunteren at April 25 during the Netherlands Bioinformatics Conference (NBIC 2012). The meeting is aimed at researchers performing advanced microscopy in life sciences.

Abstract submission

We especially invite abstracts to highlight recent innovative microscopic imaging approaches applied to molecular (interaction) studies in living cells and abstracts that highlight automated image analysis of high content microscopy approaches.

The deadline for the receipt of all abstracts is 30 March, 2012.

We encourage contributions on cellular applications and (bio)informatics related to:
• super-resolution microscopy (PALM, STORM, GS-DIM, SIM, STED);
• functional imaging microscopy (FLIM, FCS, FRAP, spectral imaging);
• correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM);
• high-throughput and high content microscopy;
• intravital microscopy.

Registration

To participate in this meeting please register via the registration form for the Netherlands BioInformatics Conference (NBIC 2012). The 1-day conference fee amounts € 62,50 for participants working for a NBIC Partner organisation and € 75,- for participants that are not working for a NBIC Partner organization.

The registration also offers you the opportunity to visit the rest of the programme of the second day of the NBIC 2012, including:

  • keynote lectures
  • parallel sessions with scientific lectures on bioinformatics
  • conference lunch & exhibition
  • poster sessions
