Snooker: a tool to predict medicine binding sites on GPCRs

G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) are important drug targets for various diseases and of major interest to pharmaceutical companies. Bioinformatics researchers developed Snooker, a tool to predict possible drug binding sites on these receptors.
