Registration and abstract submission details
To register for the meeting, please fill out the registration form.
The capacity at the conference venue to put up posters is limited. If too many abstracts are handed in, priority will be given to PhD students and master students who want to present a poster that deals with the conference topic. Poster abstracts should be 1-page A4 in PDF format, not exceeding 5 Mb in size. Poster abstracts should be sent before September 6 to Gerry Nicolaes, g.nicolaes@removethis.bioch.unimaas.nl (tel +31(0)43 3881688).
Two master or PhD student poster presenters will be invited to discuss their poster in a 15 minute seminar. A poster prize will be awarded to the best poster presented at the conference. Please indicate with the submitted poster abstract if you are a master student or PhD student, and wether you are interested in presenting a short seminar.
The abstracts will be published on the NBIC website.
