Integrative bioinformatics
Here, the focus is on generic methodologies to interpret and integrate knowledge from different domains. The projects address a wide range of topics, including (3D-) modelling of proteins, comparative genomics, genotype-phenotype modelling, pathway modelling, content driven data modelling and text mining.
Programme leaders: Marcel Reinders, Delft University of Technology and Timo Breit, University of Amsterdam
