Microarray technology
Within the microarray technology theme, the focus is on the development of bioinformatics methods and tools to support the design and implementation of microarray technology for genomics applications, in particular transcriptomics. Specific topics addressed are experimental design, pathway discovery and genotype-phenotype analysis.
