Proteomics & Metabolomics

This part of the research programme aims to develop methods for analysis of proteomics and metabolomics data, focusing on basic (statistical) analysis of the data as a prerequisite for the down-stream analysis covered by the sub-programmes 'Systems bioinformatics' and 'Genotype - phenotype modelling'.
