Bioinformatics Career Day

18 Nov 2011
Hogeschool Leiden

Bioinformatics bachelor students can get a glimpse of their future at the Bioinformatics Career Day on the 18th of November 2011 at Hogeschool Leiden.

Graduates speak about their career; master education programs present their curriculum and future employers show their career possibilities hoping to attract the most promising students. This is the place to find out what a bioinformaticians career path at a company, university or institute looks like.

Join the tour of the Leiden Genome Technology Center or be inspired by the talks of bioinformatic heavyweights prof.dr. Den Dunnen, prof. dr. Heringa, dr. Schaap, dr. Sanne Abeln en Den Hollander.

The HBO teacher network LOBIN organizes this day for all 3rd and 4th year Dutch bachelor students in bioinformatics, but masters and alumni are welcome as well. In short, a day no student or future employer can afford to miss!

Students and employers who want more information please contact Celia van Gelder at NBIC Education or look here.
