“Next generation sequence data analysis”  to be held in Utrecht at the University Medical Center from August 28-30, 2013. The course aims at PhD students, postdocs and senior researchers who are interested in planning, or already working with next-generation sequencing. Currently available technologies as well as hardware and software solutions will be presented and discussed. The focus of the course will be on the data and ways to analyze the data.

We only have facilities to accommodate 60 participants. If more than 60 people register a selection will be made based on the motivation field.

Please include your NGS experience during registration. Deadline for registration is July 1. Those selected to participate in the course will be notified not later than August 1.

Costs: PhD students from the MGC/CMSB/NBIC/CGDB are free of charge, other persons from the academic world pay 250 euro and 500 euro per person for corporate participants.
