Description

The special course “Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) Data analysis” has been organized five times at the LUMC in Leiden and once at the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam and once at the University Medical Center Utrecht by CGDB and MGC 2013. The program will be more or less identical to the one of 2013.

Currently available technologies as well as hardware and software solutions will be presented and discussed. The focus of the course will be on the data and ways to analyse these.

Course topics
